John Sears, Head of Property and Infrastructure Research

Research is fundamental to implementing successful investment strategies. Therefore, we have developed an in-house research team to provide macro-economic insights to our fund management teams, as well as to provide vital sector, demographic and geographic commentary to assist with the ongoing development of our investment strategies.

Our research team aims to instil an atmosphere of creativity for ideas, with the intention of being innovative and rigorous in data management and analytics, and act as a conduit in articulating and communicating research information, ideas and processes within CFSGAM Property.
