We offer a comprehensive retail marketing service for our customers - from asset, retailer, customer and demographic analysis through to marketing plan implementation and monitoring. To ensure that profitable growth is achieved, customised marketing programs are developed for each asset, with emerging trends identified and products developed to meet retailer and customer needs.

Our point of difference comes from our commitment to ensuring that our people are provided with the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver marketing programs of the highest standard, developing marketing strategy through a rigorous collaborative process.

Through our in-house training and education centre, we train our centre managers and marketing teams in a range of core marketing competencies, including: consumer/competitor market knowledge, leading communication development, developing marketing strategy and planning, strategic leadership, relationship management, launching products and services, and financial management.

Our retailers and the centres in which they operate benefit from the scale of our operation through the centralised negotiation and benchmarking of core functions. These include printing, media and creative agencies, and web development. Whilst the cost and appointment of creative agencies is centralised, the agencies themselves are located and managed locally.

The success of our retail marketing team is determined by our ability to maximise the value of our retail assets. Retail requires specialist skills and a comprehensive understanding of the market, the catchments and the consumers, and the products that meet their needs. Our retail expertise enables us to focus intensely on all of these elements to extract the maximum value from the asset.
